Cold use material intended for preparation of surfaces before laying of welded and self-adhesive roofing and waterproofing materials. A solution of petroleum bitumen in organic solvents.
Charasterictics
One-component material of industrial use for the preparation of insulated surfaces before laying of roofing and waterproofing materials on bituminous base.
Application area
Ensuring the necessary level of adhesion of roofing materials ,up to 0.5 MPa,
Dedusting, strengthening weakly bound particles and filling microcracks;
Increasing the durability of waterproofing properties of the coating;
Composition:
Oil bitumen, organic solvent (toluene)
Method of application
Bitumen prime coating "BRIT" is applied over the entire surface in at least one layer in undiluted form with a brush or roller. The range of application is from minus 200C to 400C. At a temperature below +50C, the material should be kept in a warm room for at least 24 hours.
Do not use near open flame sources. Work may only be carried out in well-ventilated areas.
Consumption
The consumption of prime coating "Brit" on one layer is 0.35 l/m2
